Will the final bill match what you told me?
Yes. We agree the full price before we start and it does not move while you are in the chair. If your hair or skin needs something extra, we stop, explain it, and you decide. Nothing gets added quietly.
Is Noor really ladies only?
Yes. The entire third floor is a ladies only space, staffed by women. It is the reason many of our clients came to us in the first place.
Is Noor a beauty parlour or a salon?
Both words describe the same floor. Noor is a full service ladies beauty parlour on Bailey Road, Ramna: hair, facials, waxing, nails, lashes and bridal, with all 232 prices written down before you sit.
How do you handle hygiene?
Tools are cleaned between every client. Anything meant for one use, like blades and files, is opened in front of you. If you ever want to see how something was prepared, ask, and we will show you.
Can I walk in, or do I need to book?
You can walk in and we will fit you in if there is room. Thursday and Friday fill up early, and bridal days book the floor out. One message on WhatsApp saves you the wait.
How early should a bride come to us?
Message us as soon as the date is set. Four to six weeks gives room for the trial and for skin work before the holud. We take a limited number of brides per date so the team is not split.
What facial actually helps with dull, tired-looking skin?
